I'm with CNKS - the facts just aren't there.

First off, you can't get more energy out of something than you put into it - no how, no way.

Secondly, don't you think that some oil exec would have capitalized on it by now and advertised it. Wouldn't everyone go to their station for an extra 10% mileage?

Thirdly - if you had to read this far to make you believe that it's bogus, I have a bridge for you.
