I found my problem The power wire from the solenoid that feeds the ignition switch.. I changed all the wires in the harness except for a small part that was in between the coil and the regulator just couldn't get at it. The wire must have been broken there as well. GRRRRR changed that wire from start to finish and all is right with the world again. It was like an old Dodge I had checked the fuse... yup it is good. Rip the dash all apart to find the problem, just to find after hours and hours that the fuse was bad the old glass type. The filament had burned out right at the top behind the metal contact where you could not see it. Live and learn ...live and learn LOL Jim I found my problem. The black wire was a ground.
