Hyd on 450

I am trying to plow snow with a 450. The hdy do not work, they did last week. The power steering will not work also.
I asume they are froze, I have had the tractor on a salamander for a couple hours, but still no good. Got any ideas on this? Also where do you check the hyd level at? Thanks BUDD
