gas to diesel cinversion

I dont know if he made it this way, or if it was an aftermarket kit, but the distributor has been replaced with a pump that has the lines running to injectors that replaced the spark plugs.He very seldom uses it anymore,and Ive been after him to sell it, but he wont budge. He once said his father bought it that way at a dealership, but it wasnt an IH dealership.Next time Im over that way Ill snap a pic or two. I just want to know if anyone else has heard of such a thing?
