I think Ia Gary is right about the rear end being frozen with ice and that is preventing the tractor from moving. You need a heat lamp, a magnetic heater or some safe heating device placed under the rear end, cover with old blankets to keep the heat in, when the ice melts it should run out the drain plug at the bottom, below the PTO , Square nut plug...I doubt that it is locked in two gears, do the thawing first before you start the gear thing...Mike in Exeter Ontario
