Hydro Question

Hey Fellas, I should probably follow my own advice when I tell people that if ya don't know what you are doing, just stay the he!! out of there! :>) But, since I'm somewhat reasonably wrench proficient and totally bull-headed, if I can find this irritating little problem without the tractor having to make another trip to town, it sure would be nice. Anyway, I had a cooler leak and lost about 10 gallons of hydro fluid. So, before I fill 'er back up again, I'd like to pull this cover plate and see if I can find anything obviously wrong in there. Can I access that forward pressure relief valve thru this cover or do I have to come up thru the bottom? Thanks for your help, Allan
