Hi Allan, wath's your problem? Wath's the tractor? Seem doesn't go forward? You have access to the forward relief valve by this cover and to the drive control plate too. It have a large plug over this cover, to access the shuttle valve, It have a spring under the cap, may be it's broken or the cap is loose or the pipe that go to the relief valve have a leak. I have seen once. You can plug the two small pipe( fitting side) and run the tractor, be carefull, you can't stop the tractor with the foot pedal, just the F and R lever. If the tractor is OK, the trouble is in the drive control valve, if not, it's in the transmission.
