hello Allan, yes there is a peice bolted to the under belly. It is shaped like a "C" and is bolted to the belly with 3 bolts. WHow do I fasten the draw bar to this. Common sense tells me I must have to remove that peice and attach it with some type of "pin?" to the drawbar and then remount it? Is this correct and what type of pin would it be??
