Rebuilding IH 300 U Clutch and TA Questions

I recently acquired a IH 300 Utility. I want to replace the clutch and repair the Torque Amplifier. I need some advice as to the best place to purchase parts...also how complicated is the TA to work on? I haven't purchased a Repair Manual yet...so any recommendations would be appreciated.

One more question...What is the gallons per minute of the hydraulic pump on the distributer side of the tractor?
