IH 239DT Rebuild Info Questions

I have an International Harvester 239DT engine. I am currently gathering info and parts info to rebuild it in the spring. I am looking at a kit from agkits.com that is a rebuild kit. I have a couple of questions to anyone who may be able to help me: 1. The kit contains main bearings. The guy on the phone said that it is an inframe kit and that mains can be put in without pulling the engine!! I have never heard of this! Is it possible to put mains in with the engine in the frame????? Seals?Help me on this one! I would like to rebuild it without pulling the engine, but I think the guy is nuts! Is he or am I??? :o) 2. Any advice where I can get rebuild kits or parts online other than agkits.com??? THANKS FOR THE HELP!!!!
