Engine and chassis serial match from 501-201000. I assume that Guy Fay's use of the term "matching" means exact, so unless you have one of the last 20000 or so built, or a replacement engine, the engine serial is it. Dunno what kind of radiator you have, it should have a drain cock. We didn't use antifreeze in the 40's in south Texas, we drained them when we thought it might freeze.
