Well if it does not move in eithe direct or on the low side then i would say that the main clutch is out and not the T?A unless the PTO input is out then the hdy pumps and hitch and PTO will not work but if they are working the well it has to be the main clutch or even the input shaft is broken and this i have seen only once on a 766 gasser where the input shaft was twisted off. . So anyway it's got to be split to find the problem.
