Multi-color people are more diverse than single color people, and also have more knowledge of tractors in general. Most, not all of the 5th gear shifting problems are due to worn shifter forks that simply need building up. Does not require splitting the tractor unless the "gears" are worn. 5th is direct drive, it engages by pushing one shaft into another.
