Well you can only tighten the plug dow so tight and with a max . of toqure of 25 ft. lbs if it is pushing oil past the rings it is going to weep past the seal with 125 or more PSi and when the engine fires the pressure goes way beyond those figures plan and simple so it is pushing oil past the rings and i do not care how much you try and tighten the plug or how clean the area is it is still going to weep.
