Smells fishy to me, a scam to collect your personal information and serial numbers so they can get the free caps and put them up on Ebay. They can get $20+ a pop for a new cap on Ebay. First off, "ihgascap.com" is a NEW thing... You have always had to send in a paper form. Why would this website suddenly pop up when the offer was ENDING??? Second, the IH logo belongs to Case New Holland, and CNH has nothing to do with this offer. Navistar doesn't have the right to use this logo as far as I know. Third, why isn't it a page on their own website, navistar.com?
