Ryan, Nice looking tractor. Ive done a lot of mowing in rough places with an H and it is very stable. The proper place for the weights is whereever you prefer them. If you are going to have the wheels that wide make sure to keep grease in the bearings and keep the work light. Don"t concern yourself with any rude comments. Take it from someone who used to spend a lot of time in chat rooms that people who feel the need to use a lot of exclamation points are not very sure of themselves. Im sure you realize that none of the regulars in here would ever make rude comments like that. Good Luck
