farmall A questions

1. Manusl says to torque head nuts at 65 ft-lbs.It seams I resd on here it was 85 ft-lbs. What is right?
2. I'am trying to time the mag. With #1 at tdc and rotor pointing at #1 toweron cap the lugs and drive do not line up. Did somebody change something in the mag. I have timing marks lined up on the front of engine.
