A picture is worth 1000 words. That's a 300, 330 or 350 Utility. There should be a serial number tag on the tractor somewhere. The problem is, unless you have X-ray vision and know what you're looking for, there's no way to tell whether the transmission has all the necessary mechanics to accomodate a PTO. If it does, it's as simple as adding the PTO unit off a 300, 330, or 350. They're all basically the same, and require only a few bolts to install. You can find PTO units at tractor salvage yards, which are generally local businesses and are advertised in the yellow pages. As far as getting a manual that tells you how to put it back together, good luck. The only thing out there is the I&T manual or the original service manual. Both still require some level of mechanical aptitude, so if you're completely helpless with a wrench, and have no inclination to learn, then walk away from that tractor.
