Hugh, when someone says "rims" I automatically think of the ones that are bolted to the wheel or hub as opposed to welded. Although I suppose a one-piece wheel can be called a "rim" I consider rims detachable. In the case of the 140, only the rear rims are detachable, so that's what I was talking about. Some of the utilities have white front "wheels" but that is not an all inclusive statement. So I should have said rear rims, and those that actually have detachable front rims were always silver. Don't know if I have seen a 140 in person, not any around here I know of -- I think I knew they had one piece fronts, but that is only from pictures. I think all wheels with the rims welded on had the same color rim and wheel.
