No You will need tp have the block bored to acept the SM pistons. However you can get an over bore kit That will in crease it from 3 and 7/8 to 4" I believe I believe the SM is 4and 1/8" I have heard of taking out the sleeves and running a different motor piston in a straight M block You will need to do something with the head gasket where the sleeve sealed at the top.
