Now that would be a good trick But there is no way to get to the range transmission thru the PTO opening on any of the 06-86 seires tractors as all you will find is a big empty hole . other then the PTO inputshaft and some linkage for the draft senseing . his problemis most likely a lot of woren parts and bad rev. shifter shaft and that is all accsesed from the top of the range cover .
