Need you help

I need your help again guys. I have a 48 Farmall M. It was starting fine, then the other day I went to start it and it wouldn’t start. At first I though I was flooding the carb, because gas was spitting out the bottom of the carb, so I rebuilt it and still have the same problem. I checked the plugs and they are dry, I tried everything I could think of, it will crank but not turn over. I need the Farmall Gurus. Thanks for the help Kevin
