? about rear cultivators on super A

I don't know the proper name for them, manual on the way i hope. But the 2 arms that connect to the rockshaft arms down to the cultivator, are they spring loaded like the front?

I do not have any and i was just going to make some solid. is there any problems with that?

also when useing the front cultivators are bot5h lock nust supposed to be tight or is the front one supposed to be loose to allow the spring to stretch.

thanks but all i ever used was a walk behing tiller for gardening. and am real excited as to have something to sit on and work for me.
