Carb weep hole

The Farmall-A is together and starts/runs/charges beautifully. But after shutting down, it drips 3-5 drops of fuel from the weep hole, and then drips continually after that, about one drop every 10 minutes.

Is it as simple as the float too high/low or is this the nature of the beast? I am currently testing it with the petcock at the tank turned off too. Thank you.
