Jim: While I have to agree with what your seeing, I see it also. At the same time I will chalange you to tell me difference between A-16 and A-21. It might be hand lift versus pull rod for SA hydraulic lift, but I've seen the hydraulic lift on A-16 mowers. I think they were conversions done after a guy traded his A off for a SA. For all practical purposes, I don't think it will matter a whole lot which manual he has.
