THERE IS AN AREA ABOVE THE HOLE YOU SEE,ONE ON EACH SIDE THIS IS A DRY AREA INSIDE .iF YOU TAKE THE COVER OFF ON TOP YOU WILL SEE THE DRIVESHAFT FROM ENGINE TO TRANS . YOUR SEAL IS LEAKING ON THE TRANS . SIDE. YOU WILL HAVE TO SPLIT TRACTOR AND REPLACE SEALS. dO YOU HAVE AN IPTO IF SO THERE IS A SEAL IN THAT SECTION ALSO.GET YOURSELF AN IT MANUAL AND IT WILL SHOW WHERE THESE PARTS ARE AND FOR WHICH TYPE PTO YOU HAVE.i HAVE A 300 UTILITY AND FROM YOUR PIC IT LOOKS ALMOST THE SAME. hOPE THIS HELPS YOU SOME JOHN
