That is normal after shut down , it is and UP DRAFT CARB and while it is running all fule vapor goes up and what goes up must come down and when you shut them off what was on it's way up falls back down and you will get a few drops out the weep hole . Now if there is a big puddel then the carb is leaking . Everybody thinks that when ya see a couple of drips from a updraft that the first thing they need to do is tear into the carb to see what makes it tick , well unless there is a big puddel or the gas is running out of it full stream then leave it alone.
