Don't overlook the battery cable which goes to the solenoid[ heavy]. Our 1066 gave fits about 2 years ago with the same troubles you are having. Turned out to be the cable end which attaches to the solenoid ate out between that & the stud. Evidently there was enough paint on the connection to cause the no-start condition. Cleaned everything up, & have had no problems since.
