Trying to get Farmall running smoothly

I have a 47M which I just got running after 5 years, it has a new magneto, leads and plugs. Starts instantly on the button and runs irregular on idle, not missing but hunting. When you rev it up it seems to run fine, I've cleaned the carb and checked it all and seems to be fine, set up as to what manual says. Adjusted the valves to what the manual says also any advice would be good.
