966 Clutch and T/A replacement

Hello,
Need some help. I tracked down a 966 in France. My french is not very good but the owner thinks the tractor needs a few things:
-New clutch (maybe also T/A)
-very poor brakes
-pto slips under load
8500 hours on tractor

Who knows roughly how much this is going to cost in (aftermarket)parts ??
It would be nice to know before I go to France.
