Steering was extremely tough prior to the filter change then it got easier as long as I wasnt lifting the bucket or using one of the levers, then I noticed the steering went back to being tough to steer... When it is first started when the engine and everything is cold everything works just fine there's just no lifting capacity like I cant scoop up a bucket of dirt and lift it up and dump it into the dump truck but after the engine heats up to 180/200 degrees there's no lift capacity period...
