Chad is on the wright course but i have found that limiting total advance to no more then 27-29 degrees will give better lug but try and keep the Curb timing at TDC or a shade above now this is on a dist. and i know you know your mags . Also what is the top RPM that you are running ?? Have you done any valve work as far as putting in larger intakes ?? . you can also play with valve adjustment like run your intakes a bit tighter sometimes this will help give her a littel bigger gulp of air fuel . Playen with cam timing but i know it is a pain doing all the work to degree in a cam and then find out that ya lost power .
