We had a Freeman on a IH 300U years ago. It took everything the 300U could give it, but it wasn't a particularly robust unit. Freeman eventually became part of Bush Hog. I have a 1975 vintage Bush Hog Freeman 2000 loader on a Super M, and it is one tough loader. 30+ years of use and abuse with only minor repairs. My Dad used to do things with it that made me cringe, but it survived.
