Wide front end picture. Allan NE, you should see t

Here is a pic of the wide front end. Is it an original IH? The green arrows point to what I believe is a broken push bar with bent brackets. From what I can tell this wasn't original, but I would like to know for sure. The yellow arrows point to two welds that I am aware of. One is on the top steering tube. The other is on the left pivot top. I'm going to sell this front end, so I would like to know if I should remove the push bar. Then I'll blast it, then paint primer it, maybe even paint it to get top dollar to fund parts for my restoration. What do you think it's worth?
