Looks original IH to me....don't know about the push(pull?) bar attachment....probably somebody's add-on. For what it's worth- if I was gonna buy a wide front end, I'd much prefer(and probably be willing to pay more) for one that's in the condition yours is in as is, opposed to one that somebody's blasted and painted. Be lots easier to see any problems so I could know exactly what I was buying. If it'd been blasted and painted I'd suspect they were trying to hide something(cracks or welds on the main tube, etc.) Up to you though.
