Hugh, I just went out and looked at the frogs. The one that looks broken is mostly just worn through. The piece in question appears to be no more than a wedge cut from 1/4 inch steel welded to the bottom of the frog. I should be able to build it up with weld or even easier, cut a new one and weld it on. The old ones are only welded on the underneath, hence they look like a separate piece from the outside. I really only bought this plow because of the slats. I've never personally seen one before. Thanks for your help. James Martin
