15 PSI full scale for the F series
45 PSI for the A, B, and C
75 PSI for the H, M, and 9 series

Sorry I don"t have the part numbers, and the part numbers will also vary depending on what logo is on them, but many of the restoration suppliers tell what the full scale PSI is. Someone should chime in here with the correct part numbers.
Having said that, if the correct gauge is on there and it still is running too high, the regulating valve in the oil filter base may be stuck. Brian
