I looked at three differant tractors and all the "Starting Crank Brackets" were a little differant. If my image works you can see exactly what I am talking about. It bolts on just as I am holding it and you can see the angle and then the tip that flips back up. I know the tip is broken off because I can feel the jaged edge. I also believe it is bent in a little, probly when it got broke. I believe the 45 degree angle down is correct tho. It cant come straight out because it would be in the way of the crank.
