Probably referring to the row crop, your specs are likely correct as the brakes are similar . I looked in my 460U's operators manual, and for some reason clutch and brake adjustments are not mentioned. As to the nut, the threads could be stripped, but it is more likely rusted in place. I have been able to get most similar things loose by soaking with penetrant and trying to turn both ways. Best to remove the shaft and clean the threads on either side with a bench grinder first, then concentrate on the nut. Some people use heat.
