John: You say gears are still grinding. I assume if tractor has been idling in neutral, you depress the clutch and gears don't stop turning. How bad is this, describe where it's at in relation to 20 seconds for gears to stop and will not stop. Just how bad is it?You say replaced the clutch, does that include presure plate, release bearing and pilot bushing? Usually this is either pilot bushing bad, clutch disc sticking on shaft or a warped presure plate. It could be clutch disc in backwards, but that will make it almost impossible to get proper clutch adjustment. Tell us just a bit more, maybe we can eliminate some of these and zero in on your problem.
