M has a locked up engine

Have an old M, the engine is locked up. Trying to see if I could break it loose and not break anything. Poured Vinegar in cylinders, WD-40, next kerosene, just to let it soak. Will jack up, put it gear and try turning a wheel. Have not been able to move with stilsen wrench on crank. Also removed the starter so that it is not a part of the problem. Any ideas?
