Ease up, Hugh. "Cowards" is a pretty strong word. It is joking, not bashing, and it is funny. The color of the tractor is different than your skin color, height, weight, disability, etc, it is just iron. Over on the Deere page it may just offend someone who does not know it is in good humor. (Probably one of the non-owner participants, but they still have the right to participate). The Deere guys generally think they own the only "collectible" tractors (that may be true) so those who can't afford John Deere's "collect" something else. I would never do anything to belittle their basic beliefs but with that attitude "Deere bashing" comes off as jealousy that I don't have a Deere. It doesn't matter that I do own some. When I go to shows, I do ask the Deere guys, in person, "Why are there more Deeres in collecitons than Farmalls?" (The Farmalls are still working) I always get a good response.
