There is a felt dust washer that goes between the pump body and the rear half of the adjustable pulley half.Then there is an oil seal on either side ofthe fan hub where the bearings are.Originally,those bearings were greaseable,the oil seals kept the grease in,then the felt washer was supposed to keep the dirt out.I see no o-ring,unless someone put an o-ring in place of the felt dust seal. My parts manual is open on my lap as I write this.
