This one does not have the PFC system on it, or at least it doesn"t have the extra filter up by the left side oil pan. I thought the digital tachs came on the later ones, but maybe late "78 was late enough. ? All the other gauges are analog. Can one put a regular tach on one of those with the digital tach? Is the drive mechanism the same? I assume it comes off the model 100 inj pump, like my 4166. What would be the worst case scenario with the hyd light issue? Bad pump? Is that in the tranny and do you have to split the old boy? MCV issues would at least be easier to get to, no? Can I check the pressure at the remote outlets, or would that not give the reading that we want? Paul
