175HP is not happening with stock RPM and 264 naturally aspirated cubic inches. It would take more RPM and more cubes to do it. It would take 450lb/ft torque at 2000 RPM to make those numbers. The only way to make that power is with around 600-700cid considering the poor VE of those old engines. With more RPM you could make the power with less torque, but they would not be pulling 4MPH. Moral is someone is blowing smoke up your @#!
