I have purchased a 574 with a clutch problem, I knew it going in though. The clutch will release, but only at the bottom 1/4 inch of pedal and the adjuster rod is fully extended. I removed the inspection plate and the throughout bearing looks good and turns fine, also judging by the distance the pressure plate is from the steel plate that the pads are rivited to, it is in reasonably good condition. The clutch does not slip at all. The fingers on the pressure plate do not appear to be in good condition though. Has anyone had this experience, or perhaps a picture of the fingers that I can compare to mine. Thanks for all the help everyone has been so far.
