Maybe the first run of H's but all that i have been into have had the Zollnar forged alu. And if ya ever get into one that has never been down and ya find a Z in a circle on the piston on the side of it that is what came from the factory and what was used for rebuild and what was sold over the counter before I. H. closed down now ya get Clevit with a I H part # stamped in it and they are Cast alu. A cast alu. piston will not transfer heat to the skirts and to the wall and water jacket as a forged piston will.
