Don't ask what mine is at this time as it is probably off the chart and the heart rate has not come down off warp factor 5 and i have been setting for 15 min. Defently got a work out today up and down the stairs up and down off the scaffolding fit this cut that make this make that . They can take this old house and shove it up Bob, Norms and who ever else's arrs . I need a good shrink as i have to be out of what ever mind that i have left.
