Welp, I won't quit reminding everyone of the importance of getting your blood pressure checked and if you can't tell me what it is right now then you are playing Russian Roulette with your life. Strokes and Death are the results of high blood pressure. I am one of the fortunate Stroke survivors, back to full steam with no serious damage(foot feels hot, then cold, then numb, then hot etc) but when I get active I don't notice it, that's the only Stroke symptom I have...so...get your blood pressure checked, at the drugstore, doctor's office, hospital, walk in clinic..it only takes a moment to do...I want you all safe and healthy, we don't want to lose any YTers especially Farmallers........Mike in Exeter Ontario
