Oil leak - axle

1948 Super A On the left axle/final drive you have the four stud bolts and between that is the seed plate drive. Right above the seed plate drive is what looks to be a weep hole that is about 3/4" square. Theres one on the right as well. Oil is leaking from mine on the left but not the right one. Did I put to much oil and its leaking out or is there something else I need to worry about?
